MEMORY OF A BOTTLE

TIMELINE: 2018-2020

PROBLEM AT HAND:

The bottle service sector of the hospitality industry has proven to be a highly profitable avenue for numerous nightclubs, day clubs, and restaurants worldwide. However, despite the memorable experiences shared with friends and family and the considerable bills incurred, VIP bottle service consumers often find themselves empty-handed, lacking a tangible memento to commemorate their unforgettable night.

OUR RESOLUTION:

Create a product that allows the VIP bottle service client to select the cool and eclectic bottle of choice and frame it and turn it into an art piece to commemorate their night.

PROOF OF CONCEPT:

Our objective was to test the concept's viability and gauge general interest in a premium spirit bottle designed as an art piece. We partnered with Touch of Modern, a prominent e-commerce platform, to debut our initial collection of art pieces. Through several successful e-commerce campaigns, we established a foundation that enabled us to approach major hospitality groups and integrate the concept into nightclub bottle service platforms.

Wynn Nightlife Group, Hakkasan Group, TAO Group, Drai’s.

Process to Integrate into Nightclubs:

The bottle service hostess will provide a second menu at the end of the night to the VIP client to see which bottle and frame design they would like to choose to commemorate their night. Upon selection, the hostess takes the empty bottle of choice to the back kitchen and inserts the bottle into the prefabricated art frame. We created a universal clamp that adapts to any spirits bottle neck to attach the bottle to the frame. The bottle could be attached to the art frame in less than 30 seconds. The completed frame can be taken home in a nice box that night, or the VIP client can have it shipped to their desired address.

Bigger Picture:

Our concept was widely accepted by the top Las Vegas hospitality groups. However, the real gap among these groups was their desire for our services and creative direction to integrate a variety of tangible products into their VIP bottle service platform. Bottle service is the primary revenue generator for nightclubs, and every hospitality group is continuously striving to enhance the bottle service experience.

Conclusion:

We created a product that enhanced an already high revenue generating service. The concept was widely accepted amongst some of the largest hospitality groups. The relationships we formed with top Las Vegas hospitality groups are valuable connections will continue to maintain.
